What’s Refunded
Once we receive your returned item, it is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the item passes inspection, a refund will be issued to the original PayPal account used at checkout.
Refunds are only processed after the returned item has been received, reviewed, and approved by our team.

A refund will be approved if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

How Refunds Are Processed

The full purchase amount of the item will be refunded. At Pawpzone, we offer Free Returns on all orders. Whether the return is due to our mistake (defective/incorrect item) or you simply changed your mind, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund:
- First, check your PayPal balance or the linked funding source used for the transaction

We will investigate the issue and assist you until it is resolved.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Items returned with signs of use, damage, or wear
- Missing accessories, manuals, or original packaging
- Returns approved outside the standard 30-day window
Deductions are only applied in rare cases where the item is returned in a condition significantly different from how it was received
Exchanges
Pawpzone does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item:
- Please return the original item following our Return Policy
- Place a new order for the desired product
This ensures accurate order tracking and faster processing.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Items that are used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Products returned without authorization
