Return Policy (30 Days Return)
At Pawpzone, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. The product must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be approved for return.
How to Start a Return

- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional, but helpful)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and further guidance.
Return Shipping
- Return Method: All returns must be sent by mail.
- Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email for you to download and print.
- Return Shipping Cost: We offer Free Returns on all eligible items. Whether the return is due to a defective product or customer remorse (e.g., changed mind, wrong size), Pawpzone will cover the return shipping cost.
- Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee ($0.00) for any returned items.
Items Returned Without Authorization
Returns sent without prior approval or not following our return instructions may be rejected.
Unauthorized returns may be sent back to the customer without processing.
Always contact us before sending any item back to ensure your return is properly authorized.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
